A tragic accident occurred on Thanksgiving afternoon in Carroll County, resulting in the death of 18-year-old Ethan Pistory from Kensington.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident took place at approximately 2:18 p.m. on Township Road 224 in Brown Township. Pistory was driving a 2006 black Chevrolet Silverado 2500 eastbound on Township Road 224 when his vehicle suddenly veered off the left side of the road and collided with a tree.
Emergency responders found Pistory unresponsive at the scene and immediately administered aid. He was rushed to Aultman Hospital but sadly succumbed to his injuries while en route.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating the cause of the accident. No further details have been released at this time.
