BALTIMORE — Two men were injured in a shooting early Tuesday morning in Southeast Baltimore, with one victim currently in critical condition, police said. The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. on October 8 in the 1200 block of South Haven Street.
A 31-year-old man flagged down a patrol officer in the 3100 block of Boston Street, informing the officer that he had been shot. Emergency medical personnel arrived and transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
Minutes later, at approximately 2:22 a.m., officers responded to a shooting report on South Haven Street, where they found an unidentified man suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital and remains in critical condition.
A preliminary investigation determined that both men were shot while in the 1200 block of South Haven Street. Police have not disclosed any further details about the incident, and no suspects have been identified.
The investigation is ongoing.
