Washington, D.C. — A suspect has been apprehended months after a deadly shooting on Pennsylvania Avenue in Southeast D.C., where a 32-year-old man lost his life.
On Wednesday, May 1, at approximately 12:23 p.m., officers responded to the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast, for a reported shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Thomas Carlos Felder, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
On Friday, James Rice, 26, of Southeast D.C., was located and arrested by members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force. He has been charged with First Degree Murder while Armed (Premeditated).
