PHILADELPHIA — The Central Detective Division is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a vandalism incident at a Crown Fried Chicken restaurant in North Philadelphia last month. The incident occurred at around 2:50 a.m. on September 24, when a suspect became irate with employees at the restaurant located at 2201 N. Broad Street.
According to police, the suspect climbed over the counter and damaged two cash registers, two credit card readers, two receipt printers, and one digital menu monitor. The total damage is estimated at $8,470.
The suspect is described as a Black female wearing all black clothing and black and white Nike sneakers.
Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity or whereabouts is urged to contact the Central Detective Division. Video footage and still images of the suspect have been made available to the public.
The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
