BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo Police Department is requesting public assistance regarding an assault that occurred on September 22 at Talty’s Tavern, located on South Park Avenue in South Buffalo. The incident took place around 2 a.m. but was not reported to the authorities until September 24.
The victim provided a description of the suspect, identified as a Hispanic male of average build, approximately six feet tall. As the investigation is ongoing, the police are urging anyone who witnessed or recorded the event to come forward.
