Goshen, NY – Jesse Boniface of Middletown has been convicted of rape in the first degree and related charges. On Tuesday, a jury found Boniface guilty in the Orange County Court. He faces a potential sentence of 25 years in prison when sentencing takes place on December 16. Following the verdict, Boniface was remanded to the Orange County Jail without bail.
The court heard that Boniface forcibly engaged in sexual acts with another individual on November 17, 2023, in the Town of Crawford. The incident was reported to local police, leading to Boniface’s arrest after a thorough investigation. District Attorney David M.
