On Thursday, September 26, officers apprehended 64-year-old Craig Wilson of Northwest, D.C., pursuant to a D.C. Superior Court arrest warrant. He faces 23 counts of Second-Degree Theft for multiple incidents detailed below.
The thefts occurred from June to September at various CVS locations, with items stolen including merchandise worth $672.31 and $600 among many others.
