BALTIMORE, Md. — The Baltimore Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 22-year-old Joyce Santiago-Burgos, who has been missing since September 20. She was reported missing on September 28 from the 3000 block of Frisby Avenue, according to a statement released by the department.
Details regarding what Santiago-Burgos was wearing at the time of her disappearance are currently unknown. Authorities have not provided further information about her possible whereabouts or the circumstances of her disappearance.
