Cinnaminson, NJ- Multiple arrests have been made recently by the Cinnaminson Township Police Department in connection with a series of thefts and drug-related incidents.
On August 5, Officer Dominic Elly responded to a theft report at Precision Automation Company. The investigation revealed that copper and two entire commercial air conditioning units were stolen, incurring damages estimated at $30,000. Video surveillance helped identify a suspect, who admitted to the theft during an interview conducted by Officer Elly and Officer Adam Somers and was subsequently charged. The suspect was also found to be involved in similar crimes in nearby municipalities.
On August 28, at approximately 1:43 AM, Lieutenant Michael Curran observed illegal activity near the Pilot Truck Stop on Union Landing Road. He witnessed two individuals burglarizing a refrigerated trailer and attempting to flee. One suspect was apprehended after a brief chase, revealing their attempt to steal $8,400 worth of frozen seafood. The suspect was charged and lodged in Burlington County Jail.
