The player, who has not disclosed his name, remained visibly joyful when he claimed his prize at the Maryland Lottery headquarters in Baltimore. He expressed his happiness clearly, despite language barriers, and is currently contemplating on how to use his windfall.
The ticket was purchased at the Royal Farms store located at 6730 English Muffin Way in Frederick. As a result of selling the winning ticket, the store will receive a $500 bonus from the Maryland Lottery, equal to 1% of the prize amount.
