BALTIMORE, MD— The Baltimore Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible for the murder of Ronald Carroll.
The incident took place on August 22 at approximately 12:19 a.m. in the 1900 block of E. North Avenue, where Carroll was shot and killed.
Individuals with information are urged to submit a tip through Metro Crime Stoppers or contact them at 1-866-7-LOCKUP. Tips leading to a felony charge and arrest may qualify for a cash reward of up to $8,000.
