TOLEDO, Ohio — The Toledo Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Jerome Hornbeak, a 12-year-old boy who has been reported missing from the 200 block of North Fearing Boulevard. Jerome was last seen wearing an orange and green shirt.
According to the Toledo Police Department, Jerome is described as 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance have not been disclosed, but authorities are treating his case as urgent due to his young age.
“We are asking anyone who has seen Jerome or has any information about his whereabouts to contact us immediately,” the Toledo Police Department said in a statement. Concerned citizens can provide tips by calling or texting Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111.
