BRICK TOWNSHIP, N.J. — The 4th Annual Town-Wide Yard Sale in Brick Township is scheduled for Saturday, September 7, with nearly 200 homes already registered to participate. Organizers anticipate more households joining in the coming days, offering an array of items for sale, from clothing and furniture to electronics, antiques, toys, and more.
The event, which has gained popularity in recent years, promises a wide selection of goods that caters to diverse tastes and budgets. “This community event provides a great opportunity for residents to declutter their homes and for shoppers to find unique items at great prices,” a township representative said.
Homeowners interested in selling items can register for $5 per home. Registration can be completed in person at the Township Clerk’s Office, located at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Alternatively, participants can download the registration form online and mail it with payment and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, September 4.
The suggested hours for the yard sale are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is no rain date scheduled; however, participants may opt to sell their items the following day if weather conditions on Saturday are unfavorable.
An interactive Google map and a list of participating homes, along with details on what each home is selling, will be available to help shoppers plan their visits efficiently.
