AKRON, Ohio — Rex Miller, a fugitive wanted by the Portage County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service, was apprehended Monday evening in Cuyahoga Falls. The arrest was made by the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF).
Miller, 27, was sought on multiple charges, including contempt of court, aggravated burglary, felonious assault, sexual battery, and failure to comply.
