BALTIMORE, MD— The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in the Southwest District.
At approximately 3:31 p.m., officers responded to the Unit block of South Gilmore Street following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found an unidentified male victim with a gunshot wound to his body. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical personnel.
