NEW YORK, NY—A verbal altercation turned violent on Thursday when a 24-year-old woman was slashed on her left forearm. The incident occurred in front of 337 East 17th Street at approximately 10:20 PM. Following the confrontation, the assailant fled on foot in an unspecified direction.
The victim sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene by Emergency Medical Services. Authorities are currently searching for the unidentified individual involved in the incident and are appealing to the public for any information that may lead to an arrest.
