BALTIMORE, MD—The Baltimore Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating 73-year-old Paul Banks III, who has been reported missing. Banks was last seen on the 700 Block of North Belnord Avenue on the night of August 8, at approximately 10:44 p.m.
Paul Banks III is described as standing 5’7” tall and weighing about 210 lbs. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants, and white sneakers. Banks is believed to be driving a gray 202 Chevy Trax, although the license plate number has not been provided.
