WASHINGTON, D.C. — Police in D.C. are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying three suspects involved in a vandalism incident in Northwest D.C.
The incident occurred on Monday, August 5, at approximately 12:41 a.m. Three suspects defaced and destroyed property outside an establishment in the 200 block of H Street, Northwest. They intentionally damaged items and spray-painted the front and side of the building.
Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspects.
Police are investigating this offense as potentially motivated by hate or bias. However, the designation can change as the investigation proceeds. The Special Liaison Branch is assisting with the case. Anyone with information is urged to contact the police at (202) 727-9099 or text tips to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered for information leading to the arrest and indictment of those responsible.
