MYRTLE BEACH, SC—The Myrtle Beach Police Department announced the addition of Jared Spindler, a new police officer to their ranks, as the first in-service city team member on Saturday, July 29. Officer Spindler has recently completed his pre-service training and graduated from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.
Prior to joining the Myrtle Beach Police Department, Officer Spindler served in the U.S. Air Force where he was part of the Security Forces. His background in military service has equipped him with a unique set of skills and experiences beneficial to law enforcement work.
The department expressed their pride in Officer Spindler’s dedication and hard work throughout his training period. They are optimistic about the contributions he will make towards community safety and enhancing the department’s services.
