DOVER, DE—Adam Fullman, 20, of Frederica, was arrested by the Dover Police Department on multiple drug and firearm charges following a traffic stop on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 9:08 p.m. The stop occurred at the intersection of South State Street and West Water Street, as part of an ongoing investigation.
During the search of Fullman’s vehicle, officers discovered 65.7 grams of marijuana, various packaging materials, a quantity of money, a loaded M&P .22 caliber short barrel rifle with an obliterated serial number, and a loaded Bersa Thunder .380 handgun.
Fullman was taken into custody without incident and subsequently transported to the Dover Police Department for processing and arraignment.
He has been committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution on a secured bail of $76,400. The charges against Fullman include two counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number, two counts of Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
As the legal process unfolds, Fullman is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
