WASHINGTON, D.C. – An overnight shooting in the 2100 block of 8th St. NW resulted in three people being injured early Saturday morning. The incident occurred around 3:24 a.m., prompting an immediate response from the D.C. Police Department.
Upon arrival, authorities found two adult females and one adult male with gunshot wounds. All victims were conscious and able to breathe when transported to the hospital for medical attention.
The D.C. Police Department has issued a crime alert for the 3rd District, seeking a male suspect approximately 25-30 years old, last seen wearing a white shirt featuring a blue Nike swoosh.
The investigation is ongoing as police work to apprehend the suspect involved in this violent incident.
