Woodbridge, VA — On July 25 at 9:13 AM, officers responded to a domestic dispute in the area of Kingsman Rd. and Dale Blvd. The investigation revealed that a 28-year-old woman and an acquaintance, identified as Pablo Oscar Valladares, were involved in a verbal altercation while driving in the area. The confrontation escalated when Valladares struck the victim and prevented her from exiting the vehicle. He then forced himself into the driver’s seat and drove away with the victim inside.
The victim managed to escape and sought help at a local business, where police were contacted. She was treated at a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Later that day, her vehicle and phone were returned.
Following the investigation, arrest warrants were issued for Pablo Oscar Valladares, 25, of the 2600 block of Heth Ct. in Woodbridge. Valladares is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’8”, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted for strangulation, carjacking, abduction, grand larceny, and domestic assault.
Efforts to locate Valladares have been unsuccessful. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the authorities.
