BRONX, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to a series of burglaries within the 45th Precinct.
On Wednesday, June 26, at approximately 1:40 a.m., an unidentified individual forcibly entered a restaurant near Williamsbridge Road and Chesbrough Avenue. The suspect took $200 from the front cash drawer and two entire cash register drawers valued at approximately $200 from the back of the restaurant. The individual fled on foot to an unknown location. No injuries were reported.
On Wednesday, June 26, at approximately 1:12 a.m., another burglary occurred at a restaurant in the vicinity of Williamsbridge Road and Chesbrough Avenue. The individual stole $200 from the front cash drawer and two cash register drawers valued at approximately $200 from the back of the restaurant. The suspect fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported.
On Saturday, July 13, at approximately 1:03 a.m., an unidentified individual forcibly entered a commercial building near Castle Hill Avenue and Lyon Avenue. The suspect took 15 Arizona iced teas before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.
The NYPD has released media related to these incidents and urges anyone with information to contact the police. The public’s assistance is crucial in identifying and apprehending the suspect.
