Toms River, NJ – Early this morning, Toms River Police officers arrested Kristopher Fudali in connection with multiple vehicle burglaries and thefts. The incident occurred on July 24, 2024, at approximately 12:50 AM when officers responded to St. Regis Court following a report of a male suspect attempting to enter vehicles parked in driveways.
Upon arrival, officers began checking the area and Patrolman Pinto located the suspect seated in a vehicle parked on Feldmus Lane. The suspect fled on foot into the woods but was later apprehended in a retention basin. The suspect was identified as Kristopher Fudali, who was then arrested for multiple vehicle burglaries and theft.
Fudali also had an active warrant for his arrest related to vehicle burglaries committed on June 29, 2024, which were investigated by Detective Grob. Additionally, Fudali has been arrested multiple times this year by the Toms River Police Department for the fraudulent use of credit cards stolen from residents’ vehicles.
