WASHINGTON, D.C. — Detectives are investigating a homicide that took place in Southeast Washington, D.C.
On Sunday, at approximately 5:43 p.m., officers responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of Oak Drive, Southeast. Upon arrival, they discovered an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old D’Andre Dixon, of Southeast, D.C.
