Participants can purchase up to two antlerless licenses, but those who acquired a license in the first round are limited to only one additional license during this phase. Licenses can be obtained at any authorized outlet, as indicated on the provided map, and online at the official Game Commission website.

Additionally, a reminder has been issued for the third round of sales for unsold licenses and Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP) permits, scheduled to start on Monday, August 12, at 8 AM.
