BALTIMORE, Md. – Authorities are investigating a shooting that left an 18-year-old male critically injured in the Eastern District on July 16.
At around 8:46 p.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of Lawnview Avenue for a shooting report. Upon arrival, they found an 18-year-old male suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in critical condition.
A 41-year-old male suspect was apprehended at the scene and remains in police custody. Eastern District Shooting detectives have taken control of the investigation.
