BEL AIR, MD — A Powerball ticket sold in Bel Air for Wednesday night’s drawing has made one lucky player $50,000 richer. While the $75 million jackpot went unclaimed, one third-tier winning ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven at 806 Conowingo Road.
The winning numbers were 24, 27, 32, 47, 66, and the Powerball was 26. This marks the 36th third-tier Powerball win in Maryland this year. In addition to the $50,000 prize, 6,924 other tickets sold in the state won prizes ranging from $4 to $100.
Lottery officials advise winners to sign the back of their tickets and store them securely. Prizes must be claimed within 182 days of the drawing date. Instructions for claiming prizes in person or by mail can be found on the Maryland Lottery’s website. Prizes over $25,000 must be redeemed by mail or at Lottery headquarters in Baltimore.
