WICOMICO COUNTY, MD – Reginald Harrison Shockley, a 66-year-old resident of Parsonsburg, Maryland, has been arrested following an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse of a minor. The investigation, led by the Wicomico Child Advocacy Center, was initiated after the victim reported multiple incidents of abuse that occurred several years ago in Wicomico County.
Shockley, who worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and had regular access to children during his employment, was taken into custody on July 16, 2024, by detectives from the Child Advocacy Center. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant related to these allegations.
