Washington, D.C. – Two were found stabbed in a parking garage in Northwest, D.C., late Wednesday morning.
At approximately 11:58 a.m., officers responded to a report of a fight in a parking garage on the 1800 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest. Officers later arrived at a hospital where two victims with stab wounds were located. The first victim was in critical condition, while the second victim, 36-year-old Anvar Guliyev of Fairfax, VA, was pronounced dead after life-saving efforts failed.
On Thursday, as a result of the investigation, 34-year-old Khalil Khalilov of Alexandria, VA, was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder while Armed and Assault with Intent to Kill.
