WELLSVILLE, NY — The Wellsville Police Department has announced the arrest of 20-year-old Jaden I.B. Jackson of Wellsville, following an incident on South Main Street. Jackson faces a series of charges, including making a terroristic threat, which is classified as a Class D felony.
In addition to the felony charge, Jackson has been charged with resisting arrest, a Class A misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, which is considered a violation. After being processed, he was transported to the Allegany County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment in the Allegany County Centralized Arraignment Parts Court (CAP).
Jackson’s bail was set at $4,000 cash, $25,000 property bond, or $50,000 partially secured bond. He is scheduled to appear in Wellsville Village Court on Monday, July 16, at 3:30 pm.
