CHICAGO, IL — Briana Bush, 21, of the 2500 block of S. 221st in Sauk Village, Illinois, has been charged with one felony count of robbery following an incident on a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) train. The arrest took place on July 12, 2024, at approximately 7:40 AM in the 0-100 block of W. 95th St., shortly after the alleged crime occurred.
According to police reports, Bush was identified as the perpetrator who forcefully took property from a 29-year-old male victim on a CTA train located in the same block. She was apprehended ten minutes after the robbery and was placed into custody. Bush is scheduled for a detention hearing on July 13, 2024, at the courthouse located at 2600 S. California.
